Mint Construction did an incredible job turning my detached garage into a studio apartment to use for short term rentals. Every step of the process was seamless, from design to completion. It was a tricky project to fit everything into a very small space, but their design was excellent and provided functionality as well as some really cool colors and finishes. High quality construction! Their employees and subcontractors did great work. I never had to worry about what stage of the process we were in. Job was finished in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price for the scope and they were always available for follow ups. Can't speak higher about Matt, Kate and their team. You'd be in good hands with them for any renovation or addition.

We loved working with Mint - our office building is ~100 years old and needed a team with the understanding of how these old buildings work to do the job right. The windows are rarely the 'right' size, walls aren't always plumb, and it's a mystery what you'll find after the windows are removed. Mint's team nailed it. Pun intended. They got the window sizes right, installed them perfectly, and then trimmed them out the right way to match the existing interior finishes. Would definitely recommend to anyone else needing this level of attention to detail.
